In my 30’s, I had a battle with cancer and soon after a stroke which meant I had to relearn how to walk.

It took a lot away from me and my health felt out of my control. I struggled to manage my weight and felt I would never be that active, healthy person that I was before my illnesses.

I tried so many of the dieting tricks you see advertised online, but with little to no results.

This led me on a journey to becoming a Nutritional Therapist.

I learned how to heal my body and manage my weight and health through the power of nutrition.

I now feel better than I did in my 20’s.
